Industrial Mechanics  (NOC 72400) | ONTARIO

Performs preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment while following safety, 5S, and environmental standards. Disassembles, repairs, aligns, and assembles mechanical components using hand and power tools, and supports continuous improvement and Kaizen activities. Collaborates with contractors, maintains spare parts inventory, and participates in shift handovers and emergency preparedness procedures.

Carbon Black Line Operator | Ontario

Operate and monitor the automatic carbon black production line, including milling machines, pelletizers, and dryers, to complete production work orders efficiently. Troubleshoot mechanical and PLC issues, perform repairs, fine-tune machines, and minimize downtime while maintaining a clean work area. Coordinate packing and material handling, and proactively inform the supervisor of maintenance needs or required spare parts.

Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting floors, furniture, bathrooms, kitchens, and public areas. They make beds, change linens, restock supplies, and attend to guests’ or patients’ requests.
